A few useful priorities on the way to 45. Treat the planner as your destination, and make the journey fit the skills available in your client.
Mastery rank gates at low levels are disputed. This guide does not promise a legal point allocation at every character level. Check unlocks and ranks in your Global client.
EARLY LEVELS / MAKE THE SMALL BUDGET WORK
Find a steady rhythm.
Use Flame Arrow for mana recovery and Ice Chain for packs where your available Specialty selections permit. Keep mana economy and crowd control in mind before chasing a final level-45 rank distribution. Early point budgets are much smaller than the end target.

LEVEL 14 / A NEW DAMAGE WINDOW
Make room for Hellfire.
The supplied Global database lists Hellfire's initial unlock at level 14. Add it when your client offers it, and practice manually charging it in safe windows. This is a practical community recommendation, not a benchmarked rotation.
EFFECTIVE RANK 8+ / SPECIALTY CHOICES
Keep mana and control in the plan.
The first Specialty slot opens at effective rank 8. Choose among the options that your client actually unlocks, and lean toward mana economy or control when those are limiting your progress. Rank 12 adds a second slot; rank 16 unlocks another option but does not add a slot. A third slot requires effective rank 20.

Build your Stigma loadout.
Complete the relevant Ascension requirements and follow the four listed slot unlocks. Consider Steel Barrier when survival is the limiting factor. Stigma uses a separate currency, and learning a skill costs points even if you later unequip it.
At level 45 the level-only pool is 29. The additional Ascension quest point comes from consuming the shard; obtaining a reward and consuming it are separate actions. Confirm it in the planner only after consumption.

LEVEL 45 / BRING IT TO THE WORKBENCH
Make the target yours.
Load Solo target for Ice Chain and Steel Barrier priorities, or Group PvE for the community party foundation. Both use 202 of 203 shared SP and 30 Stigma points. Without a consumed quest shard, the Stigma plan is one point over budget.
Add only bonus ranks you own and extra points you actually acquired. Inspect the remaining point totals, then save on this device or create a share link. The planner estimates currency allocation, without promising damage output or an optimal build.
